• Saturday and Sunday 27th -28th September Swap shop in The Pitmedden Hall 10am to 2pm both days. Drop off Friday 26th 12 noon to 7pm.
• Make something from Waste Competition– categories for children, young people and adults- PRIZES. Fun for all! Submit entries to the Quarry Room at the Medan Centre by 4pm on Friday 3rd October.
• A visit to homes with renewable energy heating systems in Pitmedden- air sources and ground source heat pumps and a biomass boiler. See the systems, hear about the experiences of owners- a lively discussion is guaranteed. Wednesday 1st October at 7-15pm. To book a place email- climate_action_admin@udny.org
• Bulb planting by the mini orchard and along the Oldcraig path. Volunteers needed. Meet outside the Pitmedden Health Centre at 10am on Sunday 5th October. Bring trowel or small spade.
